Overall, it continues to be an incredibly choppy situation. What is your latest reading of it?
There are a couple of things going on. Certainly from the fiscal side, numbers are now much larger. Two weeks ago, we were talking just about targeted measures. But this situation is not one where you just need target measures. We need broad base support because we are seeing increasing job and income losses. The global economic hate is immense. We are actually staring at a recession at this point. So the size of the fiscal package being talked about is more encouraging.
