Not worried about current ups and downs in the market: Sanjay Guglani, Silverdale Capital
In a chat with ET Now, Sanjay Guglani, Chief Investment Officer of Silverdale Capital Pte Ltd, said that Indian market provides a good opportunity for people with long term view and he is not worried about the current ups and downs in the market.

ET Now: How is the market reading into Brainard’s commentary because it looks like the street is pretty divided and confused?
Sanjay Guglani:
On the whole, I do not see any change in the long term trend. These are small gyrations and give a good opportunity for value investors like us to pick up stocks and more importantly to churn their portfolio. So I do not see a reversal of trend.

ET Now: What would you buy in this fall?
Sanjay Guglani:
To an extent, India won't be directly impacted by the Fed. Even if there is a Fed hike, which is extremely low, I do not think we should be overly worried about India. I would rather focus on companies with sustainable volumes and value, and adhere to the large caps. Even if there is any discomfort in the market, I would not like to exit. I think India is a long term story and such opportunities of market gyration actually give you opportunity to churn and move to better avenues.
