Smartworks to get Rs 305 cr office rent from new corporate clients

Realty firm Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd on Wednesday said it will get Rs 305 crore rental income from new corporate clients over the next five years.

Smartworks provides managed office spaces to mid-to-large enterprises.

In a regulatory filing, the company said it signed "new leasing engagements with large corporate clients across multiple cities, adding Rs 305 crore in incremental contracted rental revenue."


The expected revenue would come over the next five years.

Smartworks did not disclose the total office space provided by the company on lease to new corporate clients. It did not divulge the clients' identity.

Smartworks has a total office space portfolio of 16.9 million square feet across 70 centres in 15 cities across India and Singapore, as of June 30, 2026.

The company partners with real estate developers to transform large, bare-shell assets into fully managed, enterprise-grade campuses.
