Realty firm Puravankara Ltd will develop a housing project in Bengaluru with an estimated revenue of Rs 1,100 crore.
In a regultory filing on Tuesday, the company said it has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 7.83-acre land parcel in south-east Bengaluru.
The company expects Rs 1,100 crore revenue from this upcoming project, which has a saleable area of 0.89 million sq ft.
Puravankara has completed 97 projects so far totalling 59 million sq ft across nine cities- Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa.
The company's total land bank is 40 million sq ft, and ongoing projects add up to 35.14 million sq ft.
