Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has entered into a partnership with a landowner to develop a 17-acre housing project in Gurugram with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 4,200 crore.

Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has entered into a partnership with a landowner to develop a 17-acre housing project in Gurugram with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 4,200 crore.

In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, the company informed that it has secured a prime land parcel in Sector 92, Gurugram.

"The company has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 17.212-acre land parcel," it added.


The proposed development is expected to have a saleable area of about 3 million square feet and an estimated revenue of Rs 4,200 crore.

Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, said: "This addition in Gurugram aligns with our broader strategy of strengthening our presence across key markets such as the NCR. While the region continues to see steady demand, we remain measured in our approach, focusing on locations with improving infrastructure and long-term potential."

The land belongs to Sare Gurugram Pvt Ltd (JV of Eka-KGK-Dhoot).

As of December 2025, the Prestige Group has delivered 313 projects spanning 206 million sq ft and currently has a pipeline of 128 projects across 195 million sq ft.
