Prestige Estates to develop Gurugram housing project with Rs 5,600 cr revenue potential

Realty firm Prestige Estates has entered into a joint venture to develop a housing project in Gurugram with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 5,600 crore.

Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner to build this project, as part of its expansion plan in the Delhi-NCR market.

The company is already developing a housing project in Ghaziabad and will soon launch a residential project in Noida.


In a regulatory filing on Thursday, the company said it has added a 17.14-acre land parcel in Sector 109, Gurugram, to its residential development portfolio.

The project will have a saleable area of about 2.8 million sq ft and an estimated revenue of Rs 5,600 crore.

Prestige Group is one of India's leading real estate developers. As of June 2026, the Group has delivered 319 projects spanning 216 million sq ft. It currently has a pipeline of 137 projects across 229 million sq ft.
