Realty firm Omaxe has raised Rs 75 crore from investment firm WSB Partners to fund its two housing projects at Indore and Ujjain.
In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company informed that WSB Partners has invested Rs 75 crore in Omaxe Group.
The funding is against residential plotted projects in Ujjain and Indore, it added.
"The capital will be primarily utilised as growth capital, alongside a portion allocated toward working capital and reserves," Omaxe said.
Established in 1987, Omaxe is one of the leading real estate companies in India, and has delivered about 140.17 million sq ft of real estate across 31 cities in 8 states, including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh.
