Realty firm Labdhi Lifestyle Ltd will invest Rs 700 crore to develop a 2.25 lakh sq ft office complex in Mumbai.
In a statement, the Mumbai-based firm said it has launched 'BKC Edge', a premium commercial development at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).
The company is expecting a revenue of more than Rs 1,000 crore from sale of the project.
The total project cost is estimated at Rs 700 crore. Labdhi Lifestyle noted that there is an acute supply constraints for Grade-A office spaces in BKC.
The project will have 2.25 lakh sq ft of carpet area.
Vikas Jain, CEO of Labdhi Lifestyle Ltd, said, "BKC continues to be one of the most resilient and institutionally strong commercial districts in the country. With BKC Edge, our focus has been on developing a Grade-A commercial asset that aligns with evolving business needs".
The project will comprise more than 300 business suites.
In the last 10 years of operations, the company has delivered around 1 million sq ft area.
