Kolte-Patil Developers sells 600 flats for over Rs 600 cr in new Pune project

Realty firm Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd on Thursday said it has sold more than 600 apartments for over Rs 600 crore at its newly launched residential project in Pune.

In a regulatory filing, the company said it has achieved sales bookings of over 600 apartments, valuing more than Rs 600 crore in 60 hours in its project 'Vyana at The Reserve' in Vadgaon, Pune.

The sales velocity reflects overwhelming customer confidence, it added.


Kolte-Patil has launched the first phase of a 20-acre project 'The Reserve', which has a total potential saleable area of about 5 million square feet and an expected revenue of Rs 4,000 crore.

The company has developed over 68 projects, including residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial complexes, and IT Parks covering a saleable area of 33 million square feet across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
