Kalpataru Q4 pre-sales rise 6 % to Rs 1,833 crore

Realty firm Kalpataru has reported 6 per cent increase in sales bookings at Rs 1,833 crore for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal.

Its sales bookings or pre-sales stood at Rs 1,724 crore in the year-ago period.

During 2025-26 fiscal year, Kalpataru's sales bookings rose 17 per cent to Rs 5,280 crore from Rs 4,531 crore in the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.
