IndiQube Spaces eyes Rs 52 cr revenue from lease of 700 desks in Bengaluru

Realty firm IndiQube Spaces Ltd has leased over 700 desks to a consulting and management services firm for 5 years at its co-working centre in Bengaluru for a total rental of Rs 52 crore.

In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company said it has "signed a Rs 52 crore workspace deal with a leading consulting and management services company for a five-year tenure in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru."

The transaction covers over 700 seats.


IndiQube has a presence in 17 cities with a portfolio of over 9.66 million sq ft under management.
