Realty firm Embassy Developments will develop two housing projects in Bengaluru with an estimated revenue of Rs 4,500 crore as part of its expansion plan.

In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, Embassy Developments informed that it has launched an 85-acre residential township project, Embassy Origins, in North Bengaluru.

The first phase of the development comprises two RERA-approved residential projects -- Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve.


The estimated revenue of these two projects in the township is Rs 4,500 crore.

In these two projects, Embassy Developments will build 217 villas and 855 apartments. Together, the two projects offer more than 2.6 million sq ft of saleable residential space.

Aditya Virwani, Managing Director, Embassy Developments Ltd, said the housing demand continues to be strong in the Bengaluru market.
