Civitech Group to invest Rs 500 cr in Greater Noida mixed-use project

Realty firm Civitech Group on Wednesday said it will invest Rs 500 crore to develop a mixed-use project in Greater Noida.

In a statement, the company said it had bought land through a government auction. It will develop retail and hospitality spaces as well as studio apartments in this upcoming project, located at Sector 10, Greater Noida West.

Sarthi Goel, Chief Executive Officer of Civitech Group, said there is a huge potential in the Greater Noida West property market for real estate development because of high demand from end-users and investors.


The company is already developing a mixed-use development in Sector 16B, Greater Noida West, covering 12 lakh square feet on a 3.7-acre plot.

Noida-based Civitech Group has developed residential and commercial projects across the Noida-Ghaziabad region.
