As part of the deal, Erkunt Traktor Sanayi, M&M’s Turkish tractor subsidiary, will acquire the agri machinery business from fellow M&M subsidiary Hisarlar Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (Hisarlar).
