Wheat prices remain weak on increased supplies
The slide in wheat prices remained unabated on the wholesale grains market today on increased supplies against reduced offtake by flour mills.
Bajra and barley also moved down on subdued demand. Marketmen said increased supplies in the face of reduced offtake by flour mills mainly kept pressure on wheat prices.
Subdued demand from consuming industries helped bajra and barley prices to trade lower, they said.
