NEW DELHI: Wheat dara prices weakened by Rs 5 a quintal in the wholesale grain market on Monday on reduced offtake from rolling flour mills against increased arrival.
However, prices of other commodities moved in a limited range on small bouts of trading and ended around previous levels.
Marketmen said increased arrival in the face of reduced offtake by rolling flour mills decreased wheat dara prices.
Wheat dara prices traded lower by Rs 5 at Rs 1,120-1,125 a quintal. Atta chakki mill delivery closed at Rs 1,115-1,120 a 90 kg.
However, prices of other commodities moved in a limited range on small bouts of trading and ended around previous levels.
