Sugar prices remain flat in thin trade
The wholesale sugar market closed on a flat note on Saturday as prices moved in a limited range in the absence of buying support and settled around previous levels.

NEW DELHI: The wholesale sugar market closed on a flat note on Saturday as prices moved in a limited range in the absence of buying support and settled around previous levels.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position against sporadic demand mainly kept prices unchanged.
Following were today quotations per quintal: Sugar ready M-30 1600-1675 and S-30 1590-1650. Mill delivery M-30 1380-1530 and S-30 1380-1520. Sugar mill gate prices (excluding duty): Modi Nagar 1510,Bagpat 1475, Daurala 1530, Chandpur 1350, Titabi 1515, Mawana 1510, Simbhawali 1540 Khatauli 1500, Badaiun 1365, Sattha 1340, Ruderavilash 1360, Bijnor 1500, Amroha 1510 and Samali Rs 1555.
