Small sugar declines on subdued demand

MUMBAI: Small sugar prices declined further at the Vashi wholesale market here today due to subdued demand from stockists as well as poor upcountry demand amid miller selling.

While, medium sugar ruled stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying support.

Small sugar (S-30) dipped by Rs 10/31 to Rs 2,772/2,920 from last Satursday's closing level of Rs 2,782/2,951.
