Select base metals rise on industrial demand, global cues

Traders besides pick up in industrial demand, firm global trend amid concerns that an accident at the world's second-biggest mine may curb supply as the US economy shows signs of recovery mainly led to rise in select base metal prices.
Meanwhile,copper rose 0.3 per cent to $7,323.25 a tonne on the London Metal Exchange.

Lead ingot and lead imported were also enquired higher by the same margin to Rs 136 and Rs 134 per kg, respectively.
