Saria prices up on increased demand
Saria prices looked up in the local iron and steel market on Tuesday on fresh buying by stockists following pick up in constructions activity.

NEW DELHI: Saria prices looked up in the local iron and steel market on Tuesday on fresh buying by stockists following pick up in constructions activity.
However, other steel prices hovered around previous levels in limited deals.
In the saria section, Jai bharat 8-mm, 10-mm and 12-mm were traded higher by Rs 100 each at Rs 32,600, Rs 32,000 and Rs 31,200 per tone respectively.
16-25-mm also gained Rs 100 at Rs 31,900 a tonne. Marketmen said increased stockists demand in view of pick up in constructions activity mainly pushed up saria prices.
