Peas prices moved up in the wholesale pulses market on Monday on increased demand from catering units.

NEW DELHI: Peas prices moved up in the wholesale pulses market on Monday on increased demand from catering units.

Marketmen said increased demand from catering units in view of heavy marriage season and slowdown in supply pushed up peas prices.

Peas white and green varieties advanced by Rs 25 at Rs 2,125-2,200 and Rs 2,175-2,225 per quintal respectively.
