Oilseeds rule stable in listless trade

MUMBAI: In dull activity, both edible and non-edible oilseeds including futures ruled steady at the oils and oilseeds market here today in the absence of any major buying.

Groundnut oil, Refined palmolein, castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and Linseed oil all closed unchanged at Rs 1,000, Rs 527, Rs 3,500, Rs 730 and Rs 730, respectively.

Turning to futures, Castorseeds September contract resumed slightly higher at Rs 3,685 and gained further to Rs 3,690 before easing to end at the previous level of Rs 3,680.
