Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil rose by 0.25 per cent to USD 36.24 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading up 0.05 per cent at USD 37.67 per barrel in New York.
New Delhi: Crude oil prices on Friday rose by Rs 12 to Rs 2,710 per barrel as participants widened their positions on firm spot demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for delivery in November traded higher by Rs 12, or 0.44 per cent, at Rs 2,710 per barrel in 3,544 lots.
