Coriander rises 0.93% on spot demand, tight supplies
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander for delivery in October was up by Rs 76 or 0.93 per cent to Rs 8,203 per quintal with an open interest of 170 lots.

Restricted supplies from major producing belts also fuelled the uptrend.

Similarly, the spice for delivery in September contracts traded higher by Rs 69 or 0.81 per cent to Rs 8,374 per quintal in 8,480 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions built up by participants due to pick up in demand in the spot market amid tight supplies from growing regions.
