NEW DELHI: In limited deals, prices of Modi Nagar millgate sugar prices declined by Rs.10 a quintal on the wholesale sugar market on Wednesday on lack of buying interest.
In the millgate section, Modi Nagar lacked necessary buying interest and lost Rs.10 at Rs.1410 a quintal.
Elsewhere, prices moved in a narrow range on alternate trading and settled around previous levels.
Marketmen said lack of buying interest against adequate stocks mainly brought down Modi Nagar millgate sugar prices.
