Mixed trend prevails in market, toor dal prices decline while sooji increases
Prices of tur dal and moong dal declined and while that of sooji increased in the wholesale foodgrains market here during the week under review.

Other commodities however ruled steady.
Sooji (90 kgs) was up by Rs 100 to Rs 3,300 from its last rate of Rs 3,200 and closed the week at its opening rate.
Tur dal opened the week at Rs 15,800, down Rs 700 per quintal from its closing rate of Rs 16,500 and maintained the same price till the close of the week.
On the opening day, moong dal lost Rs 600 per quintal at Rs 10,200 from its closing rate of Rs 10,800 and finished the week at its opening rate of Rs 10,200.
Urad dal (Rs 15,100), Gram dal (Rs 6,400), sugar (Rs 3,050), wheat (Rs 3,000) and Maida (90 kgs) Rs 2,500 ruled steady throughout the week.
