Menthol prices up on better demand
Menthol prices looked up in the range of Rs 2-5 per kg in the chemical market on Tuesday on heavy seasonal demand.

NEW DELHI: Menthol prices looked up in the range of Rs 2-5 per kg in the chemical market on Tuesday on heavy seasonal demand.
Menthol varieties such as bold crystal, flake and mentha oil prices stepped up to Rs 602, Rs 585 and Rs 4,955 from previous levels of Rs 600, Rs 580 and Rs 490 per kg respectively.
Traders said heavy seasonal demand against restricted supply mainly pushed up menthol prices.
