Country's largest commodity exchange MCX today said shareholder director B V Chaubal has resigned from the Board.

NEW DELHI: Country's largest commodity exchange MCX today said shareholder director BV Chaubal has resigned from the Board.

Earlier in August, FMC nominated independent director S N Ananthasubramanian had also resigned from the Board of the company.

Multi Commodity Exchange in a filing to BSE today, informed that B V Chaubal, Shareholder Director, has resigned from the Board of the company w.e.f December 31, 2014.

After the resignation of Chaubal, the total number of directors on the board has come down to 10.
