MCX settles June futures prices of 15 commodities

Commodity exchange MCX today declared the settlement prices of 15 commodities, contracts of which expired on June 30.

NEW DELHI: Commodity exchange MCX today declared the settlement prices of 15 commodities, contracts of which expired on June 30.

"The due date rates of 15 futures contracts, expired on June 30 have been fixed," MCX said in a notification.

Aluminum June contract has been fixed at Rs 132.05 a kg while copper at Rs 368.85 a kg and furnace oil Rs 32,440 a tonne, MCX said.

The due date rate of metals and energy commodities, which have linkages with international prices, on the expiry of the contract are same as the closing price on the last day of the trading, an official said.

The settlement price of June contract of lead is Rs 74.55 a kg, nickel Rs 931 a kg, silver mini Rs 24,260 a kg, tin Rs 1,001 a kg and zinc Rs 80.40 a kg.

Mentha oil June futures settled at Rs 549.70 a kg while robusta coffee at Rs 10,441 per quintal.
