Jeera futures fall 0.68 pc on increased supply
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, jeera for delivery in August fell by Rs 97.50, or 0.68 per cent to Rs 14162.50 per quintal in open interest of 1019 lots.

Similarly, the spice for delivery in July declined by Rs 82.50, or 0.60 per cent to Rs 13570 per quintal in 13602 lots.
Market analysts attributed the fall of Jeera futures to increased supplies from producing regions against sluggish demand in the spot market.
