NEW DELHI: Wholesale gur market ruled flat in the national capital today following lack of buying support amid restricted supply.
Marketmen said little buying interst amid sufficient stocks position, largely kept the prices around last levels in the domestic gur (jaggery) market.
Muzzafar Nagar and Murad Nagar gur market also remained flat on some support.
Following were today's quotations for different varieties of gur in quintal.
Chakku Rs 1800-1850, Pedi Rs 1850-1900 and Dhayya N.T. Shakkar Rs 1950-2000 and Khandsari Rs 1650-1700.
In Muzaffarnagar: Raskat Rs 1450-1475, chakku Rs 1550-1625 and Khurpa N.A. In Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 1800-1825 and Dhayya N.A.
