Jaggery market held steady in the national capital today as prices moved in a tight range on small alternate bouts of trading before settling unchanged.

NEW DELHI: The wholesale Jaggery market held steady in the national capital today as prices moved in a tight range on small alternate bouts of trading before settling unchanged.

Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also remained steady on previous closing levels in the absence of buying support.

The following are today's quotations per quintal: Gur chakku 3,200-3,300, pedi 3,200-3,300, dhayya 3,400- 3,5600 and shakkar 3,400-3,500.

Muzaffarnagar: Rasket 2,750-2,800, chakku 2,900-3,100 and khurpa 2,800-2900.

Muradnagar: Pedi 2950-3,000 and dhayya 2,950-3050.
