Gram and its dal prices rose by Rs 50 per quintal on the wholesale pulses market today on scattered demand.

NEW DELHI: Gram and its dal prices rose by Rs 50 per quintal on the wholesale pulses market today on scattered demand.

However, other pulses continued to move in a narrow range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.

Traders said scattered demand from retailers mainly led to rise in gram and its dal prices.

In the national capital, gram, gramdal local and best quality were up by Rs 50 each to Rs 3,150-3,850, Rs 3,650-3,750 and Rs 3,750-3,850 per quintal, respectively.
