Gram prices dipped by Rs 150-200 a quintal on the wholesale pulses market here due to fresh supply from producing regions against poor buying support.

NEW DELHI: Gram prices on Monday dipped by Rs 150-200 a quintal on the wholesale pulses market here due to fresh supply from producing regions against poor buying support.

Dal urad and moong prices also slipped by Rs 25-50 a quintal on reduced offtake.

Marketmen said increased supply against reduced offtake pulled down gram, urad and moong dal prices.

Gram prices dropped from Rs 2,675-2,700 to close at Rs 2,475-2,500 a quintal on lack of buying interest.
