Gram dal, maida prices move down

CHENNAI: The prices of gram dal and maida moved down while rest all other commodities remained unaltered in the wholesale foodgrain market here on Monday.

Gram dal declined by Rs 400 to Rs 4,000 per quintal from its previous rate of Rs 4,400.

Maida (90 kg) went down to Rs 2,150 from Rs 2,200. Thoor dal,moong dal,sugar,wheat and sooji prices ruled steady.
