Gold, silver bounce back

Both gold and silver, bounced back on the bullion market on Wednesday

MUMBAI: Both gold and silver, bounced back on the bullion market here on Wednesday on local buying interest coupled with renewed stockists buying in view of firm trend in the overseas market.
Silver also moved up on fresh industrial demand.
Trading activity picked up following reports that the precious metal prices traded near an 11-month-high in Asia.
Gold in Asia rose from $ 4.32 to $690.86 an ounce while silver gained 18 cents to 14.07 dollar an ounce.
Standard gold (99.5 purity) recovered by Rs 40 per ten grams to Rs 9,410 from Rs 9,370 previously. Pure gold (99.9 purity) firmed up to Rs 9,460 from Rs 9,420 yesterday.Silver ready (.999 fineness) also looked up to Rs 20,055 from Rs 19,975.
