MUMBAI: Godrej Commodities on Tuesday said it has received shareholders approval for rechristening itself as 'Wadala Commodities Ltd'.
The shareholders at the extra ordinary general meeting has approved the proposal to change the name of the company from Godrej Commodities to Wadala Commodities, the firm informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of the firm closed at Rs 10.90 at the BSE, up 3.81 per cent from the previous close.
