NEW DELHI: Coriander and chilli prices drifted Rs 100 per quintal in the national capital today owing to subuded demand from retailers and stockists coupled with adequate stocks.

Increased arrivals from growing regions also put pressure on the coriander and chilli prices, traders said.

Coriander and chilli prices fell by Rs 100 each to conclude at Rs 10,700-15,700 and Rs 10,400-16,900 per quintal, respectively.

Following are today's quotations (in Rs):

Ajwain (per kg) 150-190, black pepper (per kg) 720-890, betel-nut (kg) 300-350, cardamom brown-Jhundiwali (kg) 1,360-1,410 and cardamom brown-Kanchicut (kg) 1,740-1,790.

Cardamom small (kg): Chitridar 760-810, cardamom (colour robin) 740-770, cardamom bold 760-780, cardamom extra (bold) 880-930 and cloves
