Copper recovers on industrial demand

NEW DELHI: Copper prices recovered by Rs 2 per kg on the local non-ferrous metal market today due to increased industrial demand.
Traders said increased industrial demand mainly helped copper prices to rise.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap recovered by Rs 2 to Rs 426 per kg.
The following are today's metal rates per kg: Zinc ingot 115-121, nickel plate (4x4) 1,045-1,046 gun metal scrap 227, bell metal scrap 229, copper mixed scrap 426, chadri deshi 285.
Lead ingot 150, lead imported 148, aluminium ingots 148, sheet cutting 149, aluminium wire scrap 151 and aluminium utensils scrap 148.
