Cardamom futures soften 0.27% on stock glut

NEW DELHI: Cardamom prices were down 0.27 per cent to Rs 825.20 per kg in futures trading today after speculators trimmed positions, driven by ample stocks against subdued demand in the spot market.

At Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in July fell Rs 2.20, or 0.27 per cent, to Rs 825.20 per kg in a business turnover of 105 lots.
