Cardamom for delivery in September rose by Rs 10.30, or 1.14 per cent, to Rs 911 per kg in a business turnover of 153 lots.
Likewise, the spice for delivery in August gained Rs 3.60, or 0.39 per cent, to Rs 930.50 per kg in 51 lots.
Market analysts said besides rising domestic and export demand in the spot market, restricted arrivals from growing regions led to the rise in cardamom prices at futures trade.
