Cardamom futures down 1.20 pc on profit booking
At the MCX, cardamom for delivery in November fell by Rs 8.60, or 1.20 per cent, to Rs 706.60 per kg, with a business turnover of 805 lots.

Adequate stocks following increased arrivals from producing regions also put pressure on cardamom prices in futures trade.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in November fell by Rs 8.60, or 1.20 per cent, to Rs 706.60 per kg, with a business turnover of 805 lots.
Similarly, the spice for delivery in December declined by Rs 3, or 0.40 per cent, to Rs 742 per kg with a business turnover of 264 lots.
Market analysts said besides profit-booking at existing higher levels, a fall in demand in the spot market put pressure on cardamom prices in futures trade.
