Mumbai: Yes Bank has withdrawn a plan to raise US dollar debt by selling international bonds after investors demanded higher yields and as the deadline to raise foreign currency deposits through the special RBI swap window was very close.

Another private sector lender, RBL Bank, has also shelved its planned dollar bond issuances for now as it await a more opportune time to raise the money as an oversupply of bonds from India has led to a spike in investor demand for yields.
