Mumbai: Tata Motors on Wednesday issued non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs 1000 crore for a 3-year tenor at a coupon rate of 8.8% per annum.

The debentures were listed on the BSE and the National Stock Exchange. The company was rated AA- with a negative outlook by rating agency Crisil.

Tata Motors had earlier this month withdrawn its issue of NCDs due to higher interest expectations from the market.
