Indian utility firm Tata Power is selling bonds this week to raise 3 billion rupees ($75 million), two market sources familiar with the deal said on Wednesday.

MUMBAI: Indian utility firm Tata Power is selling bonds this week to raise 3 billion rupees ($75 million), two market sources familiar with the deal said on Wednesday.

The bond has a 10-year bullet maturity, and a book-building range of 10.0 to 10.1 percent. The issue, rated "AA" by Crisil and ICRA, opened on Tuesday and will close on April 22.


Standard Chartered is the sole arranger to the issue.
