Microfinance lender Satin Creditcare Network will look to raise a minimum ₹50 crore by selling non-convertible bonds by paying 11.5% a year.

The issue, to be allotted to investors on July 21, has a greenshoe option of ₹25 crore. The bonds will be privately placed to institutional investors. The interest payment will be done on a monthly basis, the company said.
