Nabard reopens 10 year zero coupon bond

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard) has reopened zero coupon bonds to raise Rs 10,000 crore to be invested in agricultural and rural development activities.

KOLKATA: National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard) has reopened zero coupon bonds to raise Rs 10,000 crore to be invested in agricultural and rural development activities.

The 10-year Bhavishya Nirman Bonds will have a face value of Rs 20,000 per bond, a Nabard statement said here today.

The issue price is Rs 8250 per bond for investments upto Rs three crore and Rs 8200 per bond for investment of over Rs three crore. The bonds have been rated AAA by Crisil and CARE and would be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
