Moser Baer to buy back FCCBs worth $5 lakh

Compact disc maker Moser Baer India on Wednesday said it will buy back 20 foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) for $500,000 (nearly Rs 2.43 crore).

MUMBAI: Compact disc maker Moser Baer India on Wednesday said it will buy back 20 foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) for $500,000 (nearly Rs 2.43 crore).

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Moser Baer India informed that it would repurchase 20 convertible bonds for an amount of $500,000.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 37.90, up 1.61 per cent on the BSE.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills said that the board would meet on January 22, to consider the unaudited financial results to be published for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2008 and to consider sub-division of face value of equity shares.
