Rishi said IIFCL has raised more than $3.5 billion from international markets over the years. The latest $1.8 billion ECB programme builds on this experience and strengthens the company's ability to channel long-term global capital towards projects critical to India's growth and development.

The company reported a 13.3% decline in profit after tax to ₹1,379 crore in FY26, from ₹1,590 crore in FY25. The management attributed the decline in profit after tax to currency fluctuations.
