HDFC plans Rs 15,000-crore bond issue

Mumbai: Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) is set to issue 10-year non-convertible debentures up to a total of ₹15,000 crore on May 2. The issuessize is ₹11,000 crore with an option to retain additional subscription of ₹4,000 crore, HDFC informed exchanges on Thursday.

"The coupon is likely to be around 7.80% for HDFC's 10-year bond sale. It could possibly be lower at 7.75%," a treasury executive said.
